02Is there a minimum project size for towns far from Waltham?

We don’t list a minimum. Far from Waltham we plan the work as a project block, so tell us the town and the scope when you send your drawings. If the size or the distance changes anything about scheduling, we aim to tell you up front.

03Do you charge for travel?

The estimate is free anywhere in both states, with or without drawings. For a project far from Waltham, ask us how travel is handled for your town; we aim to settle it in the written price before any work starts.

04Who pulls the building permit?
