Privacy policy

Kings Of Design Corp (“we”, “us”) is an exterior contractor at 97 Central St, Waltham, MA 02453. This policy covers this website and the information you send us when you ask for an estimate or get in touch.

We only get what you choose to send us:

• Calls and texts to (857) 333-0278: your phone number, what you tell us, and any photos, drawings or files you text. Your phone carrier and ours keep standard call and message records.
• Email to info@kingsofdesigncorp.com: your email address, your message and any attachments.
• The estimate form. The form on this site does not upload or store anything. When you press send, it opens your own email or text app with a message already written from your answers. Nothing reaches us until you send that message yourself, and then we receive it like any other email or text. The website keeps no copy.
• Choices in the 3D visualizer stay in your browser. If you carry them into the estimate form, they become part of the message you decide to send.

A request usually includes your name, phone, email, the project address or town, a description of the work, and drawings or photos of the building.

To answer you, prepare your estimate, schedule a visit, plan and do the work, bill for it, and keep the business, contract and tax records a contractor has to keep.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only when the job needs it or the law requires it:

• suppliers or subcontractors working on your project, limited to what they need for that work;
• service providers that run our business, such as email, phone, accounting and payment services;
• building departments, when a permit for your project calls for it;
• anyone the law requires us to disclose it to.

Server logs. This site is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosts, Vercel’s servers automatically log technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page asked for and the time, to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. See Vercel’s privacy policy.

No advertising trackers. Our own pages set no cookies, and they run no advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Fonts are served from our own host. A few features remember a small setting in your browser’s storage, such as whether the opening animation already played; that stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Google Maps. The contact page shows a Google map in an embedded frame. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. Links to our Google reviews and to manufacturers’ sites take you to sites with their own policies.

As long as we need it for your estimate and project, and afterwards for as long as business, contract or tax rules require.

We take reasonable care to protect what you send, but no email, phone or internet service is completely secure. Please don’t send bank or card numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords by text or email.

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it for the records above. If you’d rather we didn’t text you, tell us and we’ll call or email instead.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and its effective date. This policy replaces the privacy policy on our previous website.
