01How fast will I get my price?
Usually within 48 hours when you send drawings. Bigger plan sets or weekends can take a little longer; we’ll tell you. Without drawings, we visit first and send your price after the visit.
02What do I need to send?
Drawings if you have them: plans or elevations with dimensions for every side you want priced. Add the town, the work (stucco, EIFS, foam trim, painting, Hardie fiber cement, vinyl or other siding) and the best way to reach you. No drawings? Send a few photos and we’ll book a visit.
03What counts as drawings? Can I send a hand sketch with measurements?
An architect’s or designer’s plan set, a permit set, elevations with dimensions, or clear photos of paper plans where the dimensions are readable. A neat hand sketch with every wall measured can work for a simple job. Send it, and if we need to see the building first, we’ll tell you and book a visit.
04What if I don’t have drawings yet?
You still get a free estimate; it just starts with a visit instead of the drawings. Send a few photos and your town, or call (857) 333-0278, and we’ll set up a time to come out and measure.
05Is the estimate really free? Is there any obligation?
Yes, it’s free, and there’s no obligation, with drawings or without. Drawings only change how we get the measurements: from the sheets, or from a visit.
06How accurate is a price from drawings compared with a site visit?
It’s as accurate as the drawings. We price what the sheets show: the wall areas, openings, trim runs and the system you picked. Hidden damage, or a detail built differently from the drawings, can change the price. Before you sign a contract, ask us to check the building against the drawings.
07Can builders and general contractors send full bid sets?
Yes. Send the full set for stucco, EIFS, foam trim or siding on multifamily, commercial or residential work, with the bid date, alternates and addenda. A large set can take longer than 48 hours; we’ll tell you the timing when it arrives.
08What file types can I send?
Anything your email or phone can attach. PDF is best for plan sets; JPG, PNG or HEIC photos of paper plans work too. Nothing is uploaded on this site: you send the files from your own email or messages. If the set is too big to attach, put a Google Drive or Dropbox link in the email.
